Alleviate is a female-only, premium small group personal training environment.
In practice, that means:
Maximum 6 women per session
Every lift coached and corrected
Structured strength training for long-term health
Nutrition & health support led by a qualified nutritionist
Coaching that adapts as life changes

Nicole is an experienced strength coach with a specialist focus on female health, education-led coaching, and long-term behaviour change.
Her work centres on helping women build confidence in their bodies through structured strength training, evidence-based nutrition support, and a calm, supportive environment.

Client Experience & Operations Lead
Steph oversees the day-to-day client experience at Alleviate, ensuring every woman feels supported, informed, and looked after from first enquiry onwards.
Her role bridges coaching, communication, and community, helping create the environment Alleviate is known for.
