Building confidence before performance

Most women don’t need more motivation.
They need an environment where they feel safe enough to start and supported enough to stay.

Empowerment at Alleviate looks like:

  • Female-only coaching environment

  • Zero intimidation, judgement, or pressure to “keep up”

EDUCATE

Understanding your body so you stop fighting it

We don’t believe in blind compliance.

Education is embedded into every part of your experience so you understand:

  • Why strength training is essential (especially for women 30–60)

  • How muscle, metabolism, hormones, and bone health interact

  • Why dieting and under-eating stops progress

  • How to fuel your body without extremes or restriction

  • How to train with intent, not guesswork

Our nutrition support is led by a qualified nutritionist, and our coaching prioritises clarity over complexity.

When you understand what you’re doing and why progress becomes sustainable.


EXECUTE

Coached action that delivers real results

Execution is where knowledge becomes change.

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)

Our core service is premium small group personal training, limited to a maximum of 6 women per session.

What this means in practice:

  • Every session is fully coached

  • Every lift is taught, corrected, and progressed

  • Strength training is structured and progressive

  • Sessions are time-efficient and purposeful

  • You’re part of a supportive group, without being lost in a crowd

This isn’t a class.
It’s personal training delivered in a small group setting.


Nutrition & Health Support

Your training doesn’t exist in isolation and neither does your nutrition.

Included within your membership:

  • Nutrition guidance led by a qualified nutritionist

  • Education around fuelling for strength, fat loss, and energy

  • Support through life stages including perimenopause and menopause

  • A move away from dieting mentality toward long-term habits

Our goal isn’t control.
It’s competence and confidence.

Progress Tracking & Accountability

Results don’t happen by accident they’re measured, reviewed, and adjusted.

At Alleviate, this includes:

  • InBody body composition analysis

  • Regular progress reviews

  • Strength tracking and benchmarks

  • Ongoing coach feedback and accountability

Progress isn’t just about the scale.
It’s about strength, confidence, consistency, and how you feel in your body.
